Apply for a single person discount 

You can claim 25% off your Council Tax if you are the only person over 18 who lives in your home.

To apply please print off and complete the single person discount application form.

Cancel single person discount 

If someone else has moved in or someone who already lives with you turns 18 and is not disregarded please let us know by printing and completing the cancellation of single person discount form.

Forms should be returned:

• By post to Revenues Team, ESBC, PO Box 8045, Burton upon Trent DE14 9JG
