East Staffordshire Borough Council has announced the Christmas opening hours for its facilities.
The main council offices will close on Friday 23rd December at 4:00pm and will open again at 9:00am on Tuesday 3rd January.
Burton Market Hall will close at 4:00pm on Saturday 24th December but will open at 9:00am – 4:00pm between Wednesday 28th and Saturday 31st December. The Market Hall will open again and return to normal hours on Tuesday 3rd January.
The Civic Function Suite at Burton Town Hall will close at 5:00pm on Wednesday 21st December and will open at 9:00am on Tuesday 3rd January.
The Brewhouse Arts Centre will close at 12:00pm, after the final performance of The Gift, on Wednesday 21st December and will reopen at 9:30am on Tuesday 3rd January.
Meadowside and Uttoxeter Leisure centres, and Shobnall Leisure Complex have also announced their opening times over the Christmas period.
Meadowside and Uttoxeter Leisure Centre
The leisure centres will close at 12:00pm on Saturday 24th December for three days. Both leisure centres will be open between Wednesday 28th and Saturday 31st December, operating at reduced hours.
Wednesday 28th December – 7:00am – 4:00pm
Thursday 29th December – 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday 30th December – 7:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday 31st December – 8:00am – 12:00pm
The centres will be closed on Sunday 1st January but will be open between 8:00am – 7:00pm on Monday 2nd, before resuming normal operating hours on Tuesday 3rd January.
Shobnall Leisure Complex
Shobnall Leisure Complex will close at 12:00pm on Saturday 24th December for three days but will be open between Wednesday 28th and Saturday 31st December from 9:00am to 4:00pm apart from on Saturday 31st December where it will open at 8:00am and close at 12:00pm.
The leisure complex will be closed on Sunday 1st January but will be open between 9:00am – 4:00pm on Monday 2nd January, before resuming normal operating hours on Tuesday 3rd January.
