Welcome to this, the inaugural East Staffordshire Borough Council’s Leaders Blog.
I have been the Leader of ESBC for just over two years now, and for some time, I have been thinking about ways to communicate better, how we operate and how we represent the people of East Staffordshire – hence the decision to create this blog. I hope it will allow me to speak directly to residents, businesses, partners and visitors about our work and our fantastic local area.
I will keep you updated on our progress in delivering the Council’s priorities – which you can see in more detail here in our Corporate Plan, as well as explaining our response to COVID-19 and the support provided to local businesses as we emerge from the pandemic.
