Residents in East Staffordshire are being urged to “Take Control” to manage their Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates online.
The Online Account is a secure web portal that allows residents, businesses and landlords in East Staffordshire to manage their payments with us, as well as access a range of other council services.
Residents now also have a chance to win £250 by signing up and registering for e-services and continuous e-billing before the end of June 2018.

Councillor Richard Grosvenor, Leader of the Council, said: “At just the click of a button our residents can view their Council Tax bill, balance and payments, view their Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support payments and receive bills electronically.
The closing date for the competition is midnight, Saturday 30th June 2018. After Tuesday 31st July, we will pick one lucky winner from all the people who have signed up for E-Services (Revenues and Benefits) to win £250. The winner can choose to take the £250 prize as either a cheque or have it deducted from their Council Tax bill.
