Brewhouse Exhibition to celebrate Burton in Bloom

The Brewhouse Arts Centre has just launched its annual Open Exhibition, which this year features the work of talented local artists, in celebration of Burton upon Trent’s achievement in reaching the RHS Britain in Bloom finals.

Cllr Bev Ashcroft, Cabinet Member for Tourism and Cultural Development said: “It’s great to see so many local artists take part in this year’s Open Exhibition. I was amazed by the sheer amount of incredible work created by budding artists from across the region. I encourage everyone to visit the Brewhouse website and look through the work done by these talented artists.”

After an outstanding run of 13 consecutive gold medals in the Heart of England in Bloom competition, Burton upon Trent has seen its success rewarded with a place in the RHS Britain in Bloom finals for 2022.

The town, which will represent the midlands region in the Small City category, has built its success upon a reputation for high quality floral displays and community engagement. Burton’s Britain in Bloom entry is this year is kindly supported by two leading local business, Trent & Dove and Molson Coors.
