As a mark of respect for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, East Staffordshire Borough Council will suspend all waste and recycling collections on Monday 19th September 2022.
All households which normally receive a Monday collection and are affected by this suspension will have their bins collected as follows:
- Grey Bins (residual waste) will be collected on Saturday 24th September
- Blue Bins and Blue Bags (dry recycling) will be collected on Saturday 24th September
- Brown Bins (garden waste) will be collected on the next scheduled Monday, 3rd October
The Council asks residents ensure their bins are presented by 6:30am.
Collections throughout the rest of the week will be unaffected.
The Council would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of these changes.
