This document identified the key issues that need to be addressed in the future development of the Borough. The documents set out a range of broad options and sought to generate views from as many people as possible. Crucially, the Issues & Options document also set a ‘vision’ for the Plan and for the future development of the Borough. This document has been followed by the Preferred Option and Pre-Submission Local Plan, where the Core Strategy has become the Local Plan.
