Summary

Should you wish to Surrender/Cancel your Private Hire/Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence or badge you must notify us in writing via email to licensing@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk or complete the attached form and submit via email too licensing@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk 

You will then be allocated an appointment to bring your plate(s) and/or badge to the office and once received, we will cancel your Vehicle/Badge and you will receive confirmation of this via a letter in the post that this has been done
